"A new baby is like the beginning of all new things - wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities".
Newborn photographs are not just about the baby; it's about the encapsulating the love, joy, and excitement of welcoming a new member into the family. The soft touch of skin, those tiny feet and hands. there’s no feeling like welcoming a newborn into the world. This is the only time when you capture those sleeping most stunning shots of lifetime.
So why should we do the shoot now!! Not even next week?
No matter how excited you are before, it can sometimes look easier to postpone the photoshoot if you are newly parents and yet have no idea of how quickly everything will change, so as your tiny little newborn. We mean so quick, even 10 to 12 days and they are already much bigger than the week before!
What makes us more determined is to keep the appointment and encourage you to go ahead is simple comments we hear from the parents after a few months:
"We can't believe how much he has changed and grown up in one month! I'm so glad we took those photos; he is big now!!"
"I could not remember much of him of those early days if we haven't done the shoot"

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO A NEWBORN SHOOT ?
WHY TO BOOK A NEWBORN SHOOT NOW
1. It is all about the new BEGINNING and FRESHNESS:
Having a newborn is the beginning of a new stage of life, much worth being celebrated and kept. By photographing the arrival of a newborn, we capture and keep this new life changing stage of our life, for us to remember and for our child to come back to those moments later on during their adult life. This time will soon pass, and you will soon get used to it, like every other stage of your life. It becomes normal to be 3 of you very soon. So, it is priceless to capture those fresh emotions, life moments and love to remember the beginning.
2. TININESS & FLEXIBLE:
Your newborn is this little only once in the lifetime and they grow up faster than you can imagine (in less than 2 weeks). Babies are still in their natural, curled up state, sleepier and easier to pose. Their bones are soft and very flexible at this time. So, we are lucky to get those unbelievable wrapped up shots at this time.
They love to get wrapped in this position as this was their position in their mother's womb. So those early days after delivery are precious. This starts to change after one month as they start to get accustomed to their natural environment outside the womb.
It is so wonderful to be able to remember how tiny they were, how easily they could curve and fit in your arms, those tiny toes and fingers.
3. SLEEPING PATTERN:
The fresh newborns sleep is deeper, and they tend to sleep longer hours during the day. So having a deeper sleep makes it much easier to photograph than a wriggling 8 weeks old who's sleep can simply be disturbed with a single touch.
4. SENSITIVITY:
The fresh newborns are not yet very sensitive to their parents or their caretakers or grandparents. They will not get cranky easily if they are being held by either of them or the photographer for the photoshoot. As compared to the older babies where they start understanding the touch of their parents and touch of a third person and quickly cry on a single touch by the photographer.
